Nanjing Yungao New-Type-Materials company is in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, China. It is belonged to Nanjing Yun Tai Shan Group that obtains 200 kt/a sulfuric acid factory since 1990s. With nearly 30 years of experience of sulfuric acid manufacture, we have accumulated a lot of technology about it.

 

Yungao is set up to produce catalysts for SO2 oxidation in 2005. In the field of catalysts, it has been cooperating with SINOPEC Nanjing Chemical industries Co., Ltd., Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and East China University of Science and Technology for about 10 years. Yungao also has its own R&D department since 2012, obtaining about 20 research staffs, including doctors from catalysts field, and also technical engineers from sulfuric acid factories. There is a pilot plant in our R&D department, which is the only one pilot plant for SO2 oxidation catalysts study in China. Now Yungao is a national high-tech enterprise in China.

 

With technology innovation and engineering experience, Yungao is devoted to provide excellent catalysts and solution to help sulfuric acid factory to reduce the emission and improve their production capacity. Now the catalysts for SO2 oxidation produced by Yungao have been used in above 200 factories, including a 800 kt/a sulfuric acid factory (copper smelting) in China.
